Health is our greatest treasure

Health is the most valuable treasure we have. Many teenagers care only about school grades and fun activities. They forget to look after their bodies until they feel exhausted. Good health gives us energy to study, meet friends and try new things. Without it, even easy daily work becomes difficult.

Staying healthy is not hard. We do not need tiring exercise or strict eating rules. We just need small good habits. Eating vegetables, drinking enough water and eating less junk food help us keep strong. Getting enough sleep every night is also important. Simple exercise such as walking or playing sports keeps us active.

Our feelings are part of health too. When we feel upset, talking to family or friends will make us feel better. We are young, but we should not take our health lightly. If we keep these small habits now, we will stay energetic and enjoy our life.
